Substrate characteristics

SF-2 Marginal Pb-free Bearing is used steel-backing as its structure, sintered porous bronze as its interlayer, surface inlaid the modified POM. Suitable for marginally lubricated and dry operation on the conditions of lubrication indents grease. It has been widely applied to metallurgical machinery, Mine machinery, water conservancy machinery, vapor locomotive, building machinery, agriculture machinery, steel rolling industry etc.

Note: Various materials are suitable for SF-2 series products according to different working conditions, such as bronze-backing, stainless steel backing and lead-free material. SF-2Y is an environmental friendly lead-free product and its color is orange.

Application characteristics

SF-2 Marginal Pb-free Bearing is based on a composite material with 3 firmly bonded layers:steel as backing.,intered bronze spherical powder as inter layer and modified POM as lining layer.It has oil pocket for oil lubrication.It fits well for slow speed,heavy duty under normal temperature.It can save cost and prolong working life when replacing normal bronze bushings.It can lower frquency of adding oil, simplify replaement process when it is used on rolling mill.
It is widely applied in chassis of automobile,forging machine, metallurgical machine and mining machine,construction machinery,hydropower,rolling mill etc.
